This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the position and analyze the market landscape

• Develop search strategies and prioritize direct-search business roles

• Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other platforms

• Assess candidate interest, availability, and fundamental fit

• Ensure a seamless handover to the recruiter

• Analyze response rates, positive feedback, and screening conversion metrics to enhance targeting and messaging

• Collaborate with the recruiter from the initial briefing to candidate transition

• Assist in establishing the sourcing practice

• Engage directly with recruiters and key decision-makers

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical sourcing experience or outstanding evidence of rapid mastery of the craft

• Search strategies and Boolean logic that you have developed independently

• Outreach messages you have crafted and refined based on response quality

• A candidate pipeline you created from the ground up for a challenging role, detailing what didn't work and the changes made

• Numerical accountability for response rates, positive responses, screening, and subsequent conversions

• Proficient written English skills

• Consistent follow-up discipline

• Openness to question a weak search premise
