Business Solutions Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners to grasp business requirements, define needs, and uncover solution possibilities.

• Analyze and map commercial workflows, pinpointing areas for optimization, automation, and standardization.

• Assist in the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of automation solutions and AI-driven capabilities.

• Work together on the rollout and improvement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling strategies, and other commercial technologies.

• Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights and facilitate data-informed decision-making.

• Conduct workshops, collect requirements, and document business processes and solution frameworks.

• Offer training, support, and guidance to users, ensuring the smooth integration of new tools and processes.

• Oversee solution performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

• Report directly to the Customer Excellence Solutions & Sales Operations Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in data analytics, automation, and digital technologies.

• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is advantageous.

• Travel requirement: Less than 5%.
