Business Solutions Analyst – 12 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external partners to comprehend business needs, outline requirements, and identify potential solutions.

• Analyze and map commercial processes to pinpoint opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of automation solutions and AI-driven capabilities.

• Work together on the deployment and improvement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and various commercial technologies.

• Utilize data and analytics to produce actionable insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct workshops, collect requirements, and document business processes and solution architectures.

• Offer training, guidance, and continuous support to users, ensuring the successful adoption of new tools and processes.

• Monitor the performance of solutions and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

• Report directly to the Customer Excellence Solutions & Sales Operations Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science).

• 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science.

• Practical experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning.

• Skilled in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel: less than 5%.
