Business Solutions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist with outbound outreach initiatives via email, phone, and social media to discover and engage potential prospects

• Conduct research on target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers

• Aid in qualifying inbound leads generated from web inquiries, events, and campaigns

• Collaborate with the BDR to create outreach materials and follow-up communications

• Provide support for logistics and follow-ups related to both virtual and in-person events

• Ensure accurate documentation of prospect interactions and lead-status updates in Salesforce

• Work alongside marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and lead-generation approaches

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role; internships or part-time roles are acceptable

• Familiarity with or interest in CRM and sales tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of taking initiative

• Interest in the SaaS, technology, supply chain, or logistics sectors

• Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with new individuals

• Team-oriented and receptive to feedback

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting

• Completion of the Predictive Index Assessment upon application and confirmation of completion
