Business Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect candidates to suitable job openings

• Keep job listings up to date

• Develop and nurture relationships with employers and community stakeholders

• Support businesses in their recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts

• Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and presentations for employers

• Assess employer satisfaction

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance placement outcomes

• Experience in customer service

• Excellent skills in relationship building

• Proficiency in consulting

• Willingness to travel for events and employer meetings throughout the county region

• Availability for full-time work

• Must be able to work first shift
