Business Services Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls utilizing a call generator

• Promptly address the immediate requirements of business members and clients

• Comprehend the stories, challenges, and projects of members and clients

• Deliver a tailored and value-enhancing experience

• Suggest solutions and alternatives that align with the goals and aspirations of members and clients

• Equip businesses with the necessary tools to propel their success

• Foster loyalty through distinctive and personalized service

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma in a related discipline

• At least three years of pertinent experience in customer service

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account

• Experience within the banking or financial industry

• Proficiency in French is essential

• Some roles may require advanced English proficiency due to the nature of responsibilities or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients

• Understanding of or interest in the business sector and business development

• Willingness to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and on Saturdays during daytime hours
