Business Services Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls utilizing a call generator.

• Efficiently address the immediate requirements of business members and clients.

• Comprehend the narratives, challenges, and projects of members and clients.

• Suggest tailored, value-added solutions and alternatives that align with their objectives and aspirations.

• Provide tools to assist businesses in achieving their success.

• Foster loyalty through a distinctive and personalized experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma in a relevant field.

• A minimum of three years of pertinent experience in customer service.

• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Experience in the banking or financial industry.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Some roles require advanced English proficiency due to the nature of responsibilities or tools used, or because the position involves interaction with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.

• Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and on Saturdays during the day.
