Business Risk Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and address risks that may impact Pathward's strategic, operational, financial, or reputational integrity.

• Offer expert advice to leadership regarding risk management, regulatory adherence, and enterprise resilience.

• Execute risk assessments and reviews of internal and external partners.

• Design and implement strategies for risk mitigation.

• Counsel leadership on decisions related to risk.

• Keep track of regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

• Prepare risk reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Utilize data analytics and technology for predictive risk modeling.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory agencies.

• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

• A master's degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
