This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process across various departments including sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR

• Develop direct sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for specialized or challenging roles

• Evaluate candidate suitability and ensure prompt hiring decisions

• Facilitate offer discussions until acceptance

• Provide hiring managers with data-driven insights when there is a need to adjust the profile, search strategy, or interview process

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, including the founder

• Contribute to the evolution of business hiring practices within the growing Talent Acquisition function

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing business or commercial hiring internally within a rapidly expanding company

• Knowledge across multiple business functions, demonstrated by successful hiring results

• Proven ability to build pipelines, qualify candidates, manage stakeholders, and finalize hires

• Accountability for hiring metrics and a clear understanding of actions that influenced results

• Demonstrated success in reviving challenging searches, questioning hiring decisions with evidence, enhancing recruitment processes, and securing difficult offers

• Candidates must reside in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain
