This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process for roles in sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR.

• Engage in direct sourcing and establish proactive talent pipelines for specialist or challenging positions.

• Evaluate candidate suitability and ensure prompt hiring decisions.

• Facilitate offer discussions until acceptance.

• Provide hiring managers with insights when adjustments to the profile, search strategy, or interview process are necessary.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, including the founder.

• Influence organizational hiring practices within an evolving Talent Acquisition function.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-house responsibility for business or commercial hiring in a rapidly growing company.

• Experience across multiple business functions, demonstrated by successful hiring outcomes.

• Proven track record in building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and finalizing hires.

• Accountability for hiring results, with a clear understanding of the actions that influenced those outcomes.

• History of overcoming challenging searches, substantiating difficult hiring decisions, enhancing recruitment processes, and successfully closing tough offers.
