This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive significant, intricate, cross-departmental, and organization-wide process enhancement projects from the identification of issues through to execution and ongoing support.
• Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and transitions to uncover inefficiencies, risks, root causes, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop future-state operational frameworks, workflows, and governance structures to enhance speed, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize MOS, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies in non-manufacturing and knowledge-centric environments.
• Convert methodologies into practical, business-oriented solutions that yield measurable and lasting results.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure alignment of improvement efforts with strategic goals, customer requirements, and compliance standards.
• Shape decisions through analytical insights, data-informed recommendations, and communication at the executive level.
• Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions to unify stakeholders and expedite the adoption of change.
• Mentor teams, MOS apprentices, facilitators, and leaders on continuous improvement tools, mindsets, and behaviors.
• Guide MOS leaders or continuous improvement practitioners and cultivate future leaders in process excellence.
• Integrate continuous improvement practices and governance to enhance organizational maturity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in business process enhancement, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects with quantifiable business outcomes.
• Exceptional skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing stakeholders.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage uncertainty effectively.
• Preferred certifications in MOS or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or D5 certification – various tools).
• Background in improving service, transactional, or knowledge-driven processes.
• Familiarity with change management and process automation.
• Candidates residing outside of Indianapolis must be willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time.
