This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive process enhancement and operational excellence across non-manufacturing sectors such as Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Product Management, IT, and Commercial/Marketing.
• Lead extensive, intricate, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide process improvement projects from the initial problem definition to implementation and sustainment.
• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and handoff points to uncover inefficiencies, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design future operating models, workflows, and governance structures to enhance speed, quality, accuracy, customer experience, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement MOS, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies in non-manufacturing and knowledge-intensive environments.
• Translate these methodologies into actionable, business-centric solutions that yield measurable and sustainable outcomes.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities, customer requirements, and compliance standards.
• Influence decision-making through analytical insights, data-driven proposals, and effective communication at the executive level.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align stakeholders and expedite the adoption of changes.
• Mentor teams, MOS apprentices, facilitators, and leaders on continuous improvement tools, mindset, and behaviors.
• Guide MOS leaders or continuous improvement practitioners and nurture the next generation of process excellence leaders.
• Integrate continuous improvement practices and governance to elevate organizational maturity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in roles focused on business process enhancement, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that result in measurable business outcomes.
• Strong skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Preferred certifications in MOS or Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or D5 certification – multiple tools).
• Experience in enhancing service, transactional, or knowledge-based processes.
• Familiarity with change management and process automation.
• Candidates residing outside Indianapolis must be willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time.
