Business Process Engineer, Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess business requirements while pinpointing automation possibilities.

• Convert requirements into technical solutions efficiently and autonomously.

• Design, construct, test, and implement workflows and integrations.

• Create and uphold automation solutions with minimal oversight.

• Develop integrations utilizing APIs, ETL, and enterprise tools.

• Assist with unit, integration, and UAT testing, addressing defects promptly.

• Diagnose production issues in a rapid-paced environment.

• Produce technical and process documentation.

• Manage solutions from inception to completion with a high degree of autonomy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering.

• Practical experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations).

• Strong background in Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing).

• Proficient Python programming skills for automation and data processing.

• Familiarity with APIs, REST, ETL, and system integrations.

• Experience with SAP CPI (mandatory or a strong equivalent integration tool experience).

• Comprehensive SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support).

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently and deliver results promptly.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

• Profound understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
