Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to clients in the execution, enhancement, and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM).

• Identify processes and conduct requirements analysis in client engagements.

• Ensure effective and sustainable process management practices.

• Design, model, and refine cross-industry process landscapes utilizing BPMN 2.0.

• Develop, maintain, and govern process databases.

• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for clients on BPM methodologies and tools.

• Assist in tenders, gather requirements, and engage in sales and client meetings.

• Offer first- and second-level support for BPM specialists and end-user inquiries.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the BPM portfolio, training offerings, and toolset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in BPM, preferably in consulting or project-based roles.

• Strong proficiency in process analysis, modeling, and optimization.

• Proven expertise in BPMN 2.0.

• Hands-on experience with Signavio, Celonis Process Designer, or similar BPM tools.

• Familiarity with conducting workshops, training sessions, and requirements analyses.

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Methodical and self-driven work approach.

• High customer focus and professional conduct in consulting, sales, and project environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.

• Ideally, experience with Azure DevOps.
