Business Process Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and advance intricate process architectures while considering functional, organizational, and technical specifications.

• Provide guidance to clients and project managers on both functional and technical BPM matters.

• Assist in the development of practical and implementable solution strategies.

• Analyze, model, and document business processes in line with the BPMN 2.0 standard for client projects.

• Utilize BPM and process-mining solutions, such as Signavio, Celonis, and ARIS, for process documentation, analysis, and optimization.

• Sustain and enhance the reference process repository.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reusability of process models.

• Identify and assess automation and innovation opportunities, especially through AI and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in Business Process Management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of BPMN 2.0.

• Experience in establishing and refining complex process architectures.

• Strong consulting and workshop abilities in identifying and modeling business processes.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience with transformation initiatives.

• Strong client focus and service orientation.
