This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee assessments of current processes within finance and related functions.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI and automation and pinpoint high-ROI user scenarios.
• Develop CFO-ready financial models and business cases for AI investments.
• Revamp roles, organizational frameworks, and operational models to harness AI/ML value.
• Provide guidance on workforce transitions, skills enhancement, and governance updates.
• Establish and maintain AI product roadmaps for clients.
• Convert business requirements into agent specifications, user narratives, acceptance standards, schemas, exception-handling logic, HITL/HOTL decision points, and success metrics.
• Lead sprint planning, development strategies, demos, and deployments in collaboration with engineers and data architects.
• Manage project scope, velocity, obstacles, timelines, and fixed-fee budgets.
• Build rapport with executive stakeholders and facilitate steering committees.
• Showcase sprint demos and communicate progress and trade-offs of the roadmap.
• Design change management strategies, training initiatives, change-champion networks, and adoption KPI dashboards.
• Establish outcome metrics and generate Value Realization Reports that demonstrate ROI.
• Integrate client-specific AI governance, override protocols, and audit trails.
• Contribute to the refinement of agentic packages, case studies, ROI benchmarks, proposals, discovery workshops, and conference presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in advancing AI methodologies and quality standards.
• A blend of experience in finance (FP&A, accounting, or operations), management consulting, and/or enterprise technology product management; direct experience in at least two of these three areas is mandatory (specific years of experience not listed).
• In-depth expertise in finance, covering month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, revenue operations, and at least one adjacent function.
• Background as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation.
• Strong proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Experience in implementing or overseeing AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions, such as RPA, NLP, or LLM-based technologies, in finance or operations.
• Technical proficiency to assess feasibility and engage with data architects and engineers.
• Extensive domain knowledge in at least 1–2 industries.
• Experience in constructing and presenting business cases for technology investments, involving NPV/IRR analysis, payback period modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Skills in workshop facilitation and process mapping.
• Proficient in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Competence in change management and experience in executing technology-driven finance transformation initiatives.
• Capability to function in a startup-within-a-consulting-firm environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CSPO, or similar agile product certification is preferred.
• For remote positions, willingness to travel domestically up to 30%–40% is required.
• For hybrid roles, availability to work on-site or in the office three days a week with two days remote is necessary.
