This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of senior program management within Audio Development, overseeing workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain oversight on progress, risks, and necessary interventions.
• Identify blockers and facilitate solutions across various teams.
• Manage dependencies across functions effectively.
• Advocate for Audio Development needs during Product and Engineering roadmap discussions and planning sessions.
• Coordinate collaborative workstreams and initiatives with Product and Engineering teams.
• Integrate Audio Development context, data, needs, and trade-offs into product decision-making.
• Monitor product initiatives impacting Sounds and highlight dependencies or risks.
• Oversee team meeting schedules, agendas, follow-ups, and action item tracking.
• Prepare materials for leadership presentations and cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure that information is disseminated to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist category leads in preparing for significant meetings.
• Manage and report on the monthly audio development budget, which is approximately $120,000.
• Track expenditures related to in-house production, third-party labels, and artist partnerships.
• Highlight budget risks and variances, along with recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance on reporting and financial processes.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in contracting, approvals, and tracking procedures.
• Enhance systems with Content Operations to minimize manual friction.
• Act as the first-line escalation point for cross-functional challenges.
• Aggregate catalog performance, expenditure, and content health data for leadership review.
• Recognize trends and issues, providing operational insights to support category leads.
• 3–6 years of experience in program management, content operations, or business operations, preferably within a music, media, or subscription business.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, with a background in overseeing complex, multi-team workstreams.
• Comfortable managing meeting schedules, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of navigating ambiguity without needing explicit direction.
• Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Linear, or other similar workflow and productivity platforms.
• Background in music technology or creator-focused technology.
• Proven experience in establishing automations and scalable workflows to enhance team operations.
• Experience in designing processes and systems in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
