Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate go-to-market strategies by evaluating market trends, customer segmentation, and the competitive landscape of Motive.

• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.

• Ensure cohesiveness across all go-to-market functions.

• Spearhead cross-functional, impactful strategic projects essential for business scaling.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among departments to guarantee alignment and successful execution.

• Develop analytical models and dashboards that deliver actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance.

• Recognize trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into recommendations to enhance commercial outcomes.

• Utilize AI to drive scalability and operational efficiency.

• Identify and rectify process inefficiencies.

• Create and implement solutions aimed at streamlining workflows, boosting productivity, and encouraging continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, complemented by in-house experience at a SaaS organization.

• Recent experience in a rapidly growing and scaling SaaS company.

• A recent Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is advantageous.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Possess an executive presence and comfort in communicating with C-suite executives.

• Excellent spreadsheet and data management abilities; proficiency in SQL is preferred.

• Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, including skills in building data models.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to leverage AI to enhance the effectiveness of daily tasks.

• Outstanding analytical abilities and a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.

• Proven leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders and a proven track record in such project management.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with tight and unpredictable timelines.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Must be authorized to access Motive products and technology.
