📋 Description

• Oversee the business operating rhythm, which includes pipeline councils, performance evaluations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Manage and assist in sales forecasting, encompassing pipeline evaluations and planning for both worst-case and best-case scenarios.

• Assist in annual go-to-market (GTM) planning, which involves segmentation, resource distribution, territory design, coverage models, and quota establishment.

• Extract actionable insights regarding business health and collaborate with sales leaders on corrective measures and strategic priorities.

• Work in partnership with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment on revenue objectives.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives in North America, from concept to measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS organization.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting executive leadership and fostering data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Understanding of SaaS GTM processes and revenue drivers.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.

• Proactive in problem-solving with the capacity to develop scalable solutions.
