Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead significant, cross-functional projects that involve various teams and pods.

• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Data, and Operations to define objectives and influence key priorities.

• Convert complex insights into actionable strategies.

• Take ownership of crucial operational workflows.

• Design systems that are scalable.

• Provide mentorship to team members.

• Drive initiatives that create lasting, measurable impacts on the organization.

• Create and establish foundations for 0-1 initiatives within Business Operations.

• Work collaboratively across functions to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes.

• Evaluate and analyze data to formulate strategies, pinpoint areas for improvement, and deliver roadmap priorities along with team OKRs.

• Build and oversee a growing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in operational roles within high-growth companies.

• A background in consulting, finance, or business operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in analyzing complex data to address ambiguous issues.

• Capable of thriving in uncertain and unfamiliar situations.

• Demonstrated operational excellence with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.

• Ability to collaborate across teams while ensuring accountability for business outcomes.
