Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead impactful initiatives that cross multiple teams and pods.

• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders in Product, Data, and Operations.

• Contribute to shaping objectives, influencing priorities, and converting complex insights into actionable strategies.

• Take ownership of essential operational workflows.

• Create scalable systems.

• Mentor and guide team members.

• Propel initiatives that generate lasting and measurable organizational impact.

• Develop and establish foundations for 0-1 initiatives within Business Operations.

• Work collaboratively across functions to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes.

• Evaluate and analyze data to formulate strategies for accelerating progress.

• Actively identify opportunities for improvement.

• Achieve roadmap priorities and team OKRs.

• Build and oversee a growing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operational roles within high-growth companies.

• A background in consulting, finance, or business operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in analyzing complex data to resolve ambiguous challenges.

• Capacity to excel in unfamiliar or unpredictable situations and drive towards results.

• Commitment to operational excellence and ability to manage numerous moving parts effectively.

• Ability to proactively collaborate across teams while ensuring accountability for business outcomes.
