This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager to enhance and support quote-to-cash systems and processes.
• Implement QTC-related tasks across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for key projects and enhancement releases, which includes creating test cases, executing them, documenting results, and tracking defects.
• Assist with tactical QTC activities such as configuration validations, data verifications, and minor adjustments to processes or tools.
• Convert business requirements and challenges into structured Jira tickets that outline requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Carry out UAT on assigned tactical tickets and oversee releases for any negative impacts on the system.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enablement documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and step-by-step guides.
• Capture outcomes of new features and bug fixes for the Order Management team.
• Utilize SQL or analytics tools such as Snowflake and Retool to reconcile data and monitor the effects of QTC workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics and systems teams to resolve data issues and ensure data integrity.
• Identify recurring issues within QTC processes and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on changes to QTC systems and processes and evaluate their impact on the Order Management team.
• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales operations, billing, or order management, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with QTC or revenue systems/processes such as CPQ, order management, billing, or invoicing, including Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to translate complex system behaviors into clear and simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail along with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Residing in Pakistan and available to work during US-aligned Pacific Standard Time hours.
• The candidate must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analytics is preferred.
• Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
• Prior experience collaborating with engineering, systems, or data teams is preferred.
