Business Operations Junior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain intricate financial and operational models using spreadsheets, enhanced with LLMs, including recurring revenue models and commercial efficiency metrics such as LTV, CAC, and payback.

• Generate insights through quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide decisions at the C level.

• Maintain and optimize KPI reports utilized by the company's leadership.

• Participate in and lead projects with interdisciplinary teams in high-uncertainty environments with unstructured information.

• Bring order and process where needed.

• Operate with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a bias for action.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of post-graduation work experience (mandatory).

• At least 3 years of experience in high-growth technology companies with annual revenues exceeding USD 5M (ARR).

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building complex models in spreadsheets.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.

• At least 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, private equity, or investment banking.

• Intermediate to advanced English: you need to be able to understand and actively participate in a meeting conducted in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS-selling company (valued).

• Experience with HubSpot (valued).

• Experience in SQL or BI tools (valued).
