Business Operations – Junior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose improvement opportunities.

• Design, implement, and maintain automations using no-code / low-code tools.

• Optimize operational workflows to minimize manual tasks and enhance productivity.

• Provide support in executing and coordinating daily operations.

• Keep databases and commercial pipelines updated and organized.

• Manage information on leads, participants, and internal processes, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Develop reports and indicators that aid in decision-making.

• Collaborate with various teams to understand operational needs and translate them into practical solutions.

• Document processes, automations, and internal procedures.

• Identify errors or friction points in systems and propose solutions to enhance user and participant experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience or practical knowledge in business operations, process automation, data analysis, or related fields.

• Familiarity with no-code / low-code tools, such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for information organization and analysis.

• Knowledge of CRM tools, database management, or operational platforms.

• Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.

• Analytical, structured profile with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented approach.

• Quick to learn new digital platforms and tools.

• Strong communication skills and collaborative work ethic.

• Interest in automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, Bogotá, Colombia time.
