Business Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive execution of partnership-driven webinars and campaigns

• Design promotional materials for LinkedIn and Zoom, including banners, webinar decks, and presentation assets

• Oversee webinar logistics such as Zoom setup, webinar links, email campaigns, promo codes, and follow-up communications

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Ops, and internal teams

• Revise webinar decks and materials based on feedback from stakeholders and changing requests

• Keep thorough records of webinar documentation, trackers, and operational procedures

• Create visual assets and banners for newsletters

• Organize and format newsletter content effectively

• Prepare newsletters for distribution and manage execution timelines

• Clean, organize, and maintain CRM data across various systems

• Route accounts and leads, remove duplicate records, and correct data inconsistencies

• Utilize AI tools and secondary research to enhance lead and account data

• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and reports for improved business visibility and execution

• Utilize automation to minimize repetitive manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal oversight

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic data handling

• Comfortable using Canva and PowerPoint

• Experience in leveraging AI tools to create prompts, workflows, or lightweight agents for reducing repetitive tasks

• Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho (preferred)

• Knowledge of Zoom Webinars or email marketing tools (preferred)

• A side project or example showcasing automation using AI (preferred)
