This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more states.
• Provide administrative assistance to IT leadership, encompassing calendar management, meeting organization, agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks.
• Create reports, presentations, and internal communications materials.
• Organize team events, manage onboarding logistics for new IT employees, and facilitate cross-department scheduling.
• Maintain team documentation, tracking systems, and shared resources.
• Oversee daily IT financial operations, including budget tracking, accruals, invoice processing, and monthly expense reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, variance analysis, and annual IT budget planning.
• Monitor software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and hardware expenses; identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage cost allocations and chargebacks when applicable.
• Oversee the IT procurement process, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, securing approvals, receiving items, and matching invoices.
• Maintain vendor relationships and track important contract renewal dates, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work with Legal and Finance teams on contract evaluations and vendor onboarding processes.
• Manage hardware logistics for both incoming and outgoing items, including new-hire equipment, employee returns, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
• Keep accurate asset and inventory records in collaboration with the IT team.
• Handle domestic and international shipping needs, including customs documentation and relationships with carriers.
• Lead the coordination of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities across IT, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.
• Manage audit schedules, evidence collection, and remediation tracking for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs.
• Maintain policy documentation, control matrices, and risk registers.
• Monitor and report compliance status to leadership; ensure accountability for outstanding items.
• Coordinate responses to security questionnaires and customer compliance requests with IT and Sales teams.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, IT operations, finance administration, or a similar hybrid role.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, including purchase orders, invoicing, accruals, and budget monitoring.
• Familiarity with GRC concepts and auditing processes.
• Ability to coordinate audits and follow up on evidence and responsible parties.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential financial and organizational information.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and productivity software.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
• Experience with an ERP/accounting system is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement, asset management, or GRC platforms is advantageous.
• Experience supporting a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit cycle from start to finish is desirable.
• Experience in a fully remote position, demonstrating strong self-direction and asynchronous communication skills, is a plus.
• Background in IT asset management or hardware logistics is a bonus.
• Experience in a rapidly growing technology or services company is preferred.
