Business Operations Consultant – Business Advisory Services

📋 Description

• Offer expert consultation and support to clients in the broadband and telecommunications sectors regarding their business strategies, operations, and organizational growth.

• Evaluate current business processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and suggest innovative solutions.

• Oversee and direct cross-functional consulting projects from the initial stages to their successful completion.

• Create and present reports, presentations, and workshops for both clients and internal teams.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and best practices to guide strategic choices.

• Cultivate strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and business collaborators.

• Actively listen and understand client requirements, customizing proposed solutions to fit their specific challenges.

• Grasp the broader strategic vision while managing and executing the detailed actions needed to meet organizational goals.

• Strive for excellence and optimal outcomes consistently.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting atmosphere.

• Engage clients in meaningful discussions and utilize probing questions to identify deeper needs.

• Provide honest, professional feedback that enhances client relationships.

• Leverage the expertise of colleagues and specialists within JSI to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Network Operations, Business Operations, Billing Software Systems, and/or Marketing in the telecommunications field.

• A minimum of 5 years working with an ISP, telephone company, electric company, or closely collaborating with various industry clients.

• Proven experience in establishing organizational policies, processes, and/or procedures.

• Proficient in business process analysis.

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand client requirements.

• Capability to convert client needs into actionable project initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with staff at all levels, including management and C-level executives.

• Ability to see the big picture while navigating through detailed steps.

• Commitment to achieving optimal results and rejecting substandard outcomes.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Skill in engaging clients through probing questions and delivering professional feedback.

• Comfortable with public speaking at conferences and engagements.

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to accommodate travel commitments of up to 20%.

• Previous consulting experience is an advantage.
