This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital connector between Non-Clinical Operations, Finance, and Analytics.
• Oversee and facilitate cross-functional business operations, ongoing process enhancement, and quality improvement projects.
• Develop analyses and reports with compelling data visualizations, conveying intricate analytical insights to diverse audiences.
• Organize, direct, and evaluate extensive cross-departmental initiatives and daily performance metrics.
• Offer technical and reporting expertise along with process enhancement consultancy.
• Collaborate with leadership and the executive team to assess and analyze program and project outcomes.
• Assist project leaders in outlining business processes, data availability, requirements, and operational protocols.
• Perform trend analysis and aid in implementing recommendations focused on financial and operational effectiveness.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, including preliminary analytical and root cause investigations.
• Support exploratory data analysis and aggregation from authorization, claims, phone systems, and HR data sources.
• Document workflows and operational processes alongside subject matter experts to enhance operational efficiency.
• Record, assist in the development of activities, and launch operational performance analyses utilizing various computing tools.
• Generate analytic perspectives to assist management in interpreting historical operational performance.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to design and modify adaptable operations staffing models.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of various durations and complexities.
• Provide user-friendly tools for assessing, managing, and reporting the effectiveness of customer experience management.
• Document operational performance metrics and engage in defining study topics and methodologies.
• Examine processes and workflows to enhance key metrics and present findings in clear formats.
• Communicate promptly concerning deliverables.
• Work collaboratively across the organization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in creating user acceptance test scripts and test plans.
• Support training, communications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or data analytics.
• 6 years of experience may be considered as a substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in building analyses and reports and creating convincing data visualizations.
• Capable of translating complex analytical findings and concepts for different audiences.
• Skilled in identifying significant trends and utilizing technology tools to explore them.
• Exhibits good judgment and the ability to manage change effectively.
• Consistently meets deadlines.
• Ability to engage with all levels of management and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, revenue, place of service, diagnosis, and billing codes is advantageous.
• Proficient PC skills are required, particularly in Excel.
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and Visio.
• Understanding of the healthcare delivery system.
• Familiarity with claims, authorizations, customer surveys, quality metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
• Genesys Cloud experience is preferred.
