Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complex, cross-functional business challenges from initial diagnosis to implementation and performance measurement.

• Create operational cadences, establish ownership models, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and set decision-making rules.

• Minimize manual operational tasks through the use of tools, automation, and AI agents.

• Execute special projects aligned with quarterly business objectives.

• Collaborate with teams across Product and Engineering, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market.

• Leverage AI for research, drafting, analysis, construction, and testing purposes.

• Gain a thorough understanding of processes manually prior to automating them.

• Transition operational processes to the respective teams responsible for them.

• Partner with senior leadership on vital business issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations within a SaaS company.

• An AI-first mindset in approaching work tasks.

• Practical experience with Claude Code.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI for research, analysis, drafting, constructing, and testing.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into frameworks and quantitatively measure them.

• Excellent Excel modeling capabilities.

• A systems-thinking perspective.

• Strong communication abilities and an executive presence.

• Clear, structured, and credible communication with senior stakeholders.

• Outstanding written English skills.

• Availability for full daily overlap with Eastern Time.
