Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for automation and leverage AI tools, particularly Claude, to create scalable work interfaces and workflows.

• Assist management in defining objectives, constructing business models, and formulating initiatives to enhance internal processes.

• Enhance the management of the hunting team by delivering insights into performance, priorities, and operational constraints through dashboards and organized funnels.

• Create automated solutions for generating and qualifying real estate partner leads while standardizing operational insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical abilities, experience, a data-oriented mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Proficiency in database management, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Excel.

• Previous experience in Business Operations (BizOps), Customer Success, Finance, or similar fields.

• Practical knowledge and experience in utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools—especially Claude—for automation and prompt/workflow development.

• Understanding of the real estate sector, go-to-market strategies, or sales funnels.
