Business Operation Manager – Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving operational excellence within Urgent Care and Employer Services by acting as a strategic partner to operational leadership in the designated area.

• Perform operational site evaluations, assessments, and audits across urgent care and employer services facilities.

• Track and report on staffing, financial performance, patient flow, and service delivery metrics.

• Evaluate KPIs to uncover trends, identify gaps, and reveal opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with site leaders to establish best practices, standardized workflows, and operational enhancements.

• Advise site leadership on performance metrics, financial management, and patient experience initiatives.

• Analyze profit and loss statements and assist in developing action plans to enhance performance.

• Offer coaching, training, and operational support to clinic managers and personnel.

• Aid in the opening of new sites and facility improvements, including operational planning and readiness tasks.

• Ensure the execution of system initiatives, programs, policies, and updates in technology.

• Develop and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, clinic teams, and employer clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, business operations, or multi-site support (required).

• Experience in urgent care, medical office operations, or occupational health services is preferred.

• Training in operational analytics tools, reporting systems, or healthcare performance improvement methodologies is preferred.
