This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist in achieving operational excellence in Urgent Care and Employer Services by acting as a strategic ally to operational leadership within the designated area.
• Perform operational site evaluations, assessments, and audits at various urgent care and employer services facilities.
• Track and report on staffing, financial performance, patient flow, and service delivery metrics.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with site leaders to execute best practices, standardized workflows, and operational enhancements.
• Provide consultation to site leadership regarding performance, financial oversight, and patient experience.
• Review profit and loss statements and assist in developing action plans aimed at enhancing performance.
• Offer coaching, training, and operational support to clinic managers and staff members.
• Aid in the opening of new sites and enhancements to facilities, including operational planning and readiness assessments.
• Ensure the successful implementation of system initiatives, programs, policies, and technology updates.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, clinic teams, and employer clients.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, business operations, or multi-site support (mandatory).
• Experience in urgent care, medical office operations, or occupational health services (preferred).
• Training in operational analytics tools, reporting systems, or methodologies for healthcare performance improvement (preferred).
