Business Manager, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Foster sustainable growth, market dominance, and patient accessibility for the Hematology portfolio throughout Vietnam.

• Lead a high-achieving field team.

• Achieve distributor sales, market share, patient share, and access goals.

• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies.

• Track performance, identify opportunities, and execute corrective measures.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 Product Specialist Representatives, with the potential to expand to 8 as the business grows.

• Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, skill enhancement, and performance management.

• Establish strategic partnerships with key hospitals, KOLs, and influential decision-makers.

• Drive account planning and initiatives aimed at improving patient access and treatment adoption.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence teams.

• Provide market insights to inform strategy development and portfolio expansion.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, healthcare compliance standards, and local regulations.

• Maintain a commitment to high ethical standards and business integrity.

• Travel frequently across Vietnam, primarily to HCMC, Hanoi, and Danang.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within an MNC, including leadership duties.

• Demonstrated success in sales leadership, account management, and team development.

• Previous experience in Hematology or Oncology is preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Capability to ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare compliance standards, and local regulations.
