This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee and deliver innovative growth products that enhance revenue cycles and health information management for healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business leaders to engage clients and foster growth in revenue cycle offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the designated team and solutions.
• Work with clients to optimize workflows by utilizing Solventum best practices.
• Ensure the effective and successful implementation of Denial Prevention and Revenue Integrity Solutions.
• Identify opportunities for divisional growth and spearhead initiatives that align with business units.
• Enhance solutions to cater to current and future customer requirements.
• Align resources across development, product ownership, implementation, analytics, and IT with both operational and strategic objectives.
• Promote client success, satisfaction, retention, references, and document client ROI and value.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to launch initiatives, address customer challenges, and provide coordinated solutions.
• Represent the solutions at webinars, industry conferences, roundtables, and on social media platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDI specialist, RN, CIC, CCDS, or holding a coding certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle and health information management.
• Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management.
• Capacity to engage with C-Suite executives and effectively communicate strategic partnership initiatives.
• Experience with pre-bill coding workflows and solutions.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and training for medical professionals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project streams and teams.
• Experience in consulting with clients on health information systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products, with a strong focus on ROI metrics.
• Established industry knowledge and subject matter expertise.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation, and training skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
