📋 Description

• Achieve the volume, share, and sales fundamental goals set by principals, which encompass merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving, while optimizing company revenue.

• Relay the priorities of principals to the sales, technology, marketing, business management, and retail selling teams.

• Report directly to the General Manager or Team Leader.

• Oversee and engage in the development, design, and presentation of Acosta introductions to new principals.

• Build and sustain relationships with both principals and customers.

• Facilitate communication between General Managers and key principals.

• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers on product launches, selling initiatives, and contests.

• Arrange market visits and key account calls for principals.

• Create conceptual sales presentations that align with the objectives of the principals.

• Provide insights on strategies, selling programs, and initiatives.

• Maintain account distribution data and assess market pricing along with competitive activities.

• Manage personal skill development and share customer/manufacturer insights with team members.

• Ensure adherence to client procedures and policies while managing promotional plans and fund balances.

• Oversee financial management, including deductions, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within a food brokerage or national company.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales abilities.

• Capacity to analyze sales and marketing data essential for crafting effective sales presentations.

• Proficient in various software applications that support sales functions.

• Willingness to travel as required.
