• Oversee the comprehensive strategy, performance, and growth trajectory of the ASC Solutions business.
• Formulate and implement commercial plans that align with KARL STORZ’s ASC growth objectives.
• Establish the ASC value proposition focusing on operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and financial returns.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and governance processes for the business.
• Propel revenue growth, develop pipelines, and expand long-term market presence.
• Design and execute the ASC commercial model, encompassing market segmentation, account targeting, territory planning, and channel strategy.
• Develop pricing strategies, bundling options, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and strategic accounts to enhance customer acquisition and expedite adoption across ASC networks.
• Cultivate relationships and enterprise partnerships with ASC operators, MSOs, and private equity-backed healthcare platforms.
• Work in tandem with industry associations, market intelligence providers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the foundational ASC Solutions team while designing the future organizational structure and talent strategy.
• Foster an entrepreneurial culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, reimbursement modifications, and healthcare consolidation activities.
• Generate insights regarding capital equipment, disposables, and emerging technologies.
• Convert market intelligence into strategic decisions that promote growth and enhance competitive advantage.
• Report directly to the VP, U.S. Commercial.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 12 years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the medical devices, healthcare services, or related sectors.
• At least 7 years of experience in leading teams, programs, or large-scale commercial initiatives.
• Proven success in building, launching, or scaling commercial programs, business units, or growth platforms.
• Direct experience with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), ASC networks, or MSOs.
• Strong understanding of capital medical device sales and complex healthcare selling environments.
• Demonstrated capability to function effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Exceptional executive presence, strategic acumen, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Preferred experience with surgical technologies, endoscopy, visualization systems, or related healthcare technologies.
• Knowledge of procedural environments in gynecology, urology, ENT, or general surgery is preferred.
• Established connections with national ASC operators, MSOs, or private equity-backed healthcare organizations are preferred.
• Experience in developing bundled, value-based, or solution-oriented commercial offerings is preferred.
• A proven track record of creating scalable go-to-market strategies and driving profitable growth is preferred.
• Most field-based roles necessitate hospital credentialing/health screenings as a condition of employment, which may include required vaccinations and other customer stipulations.
