Business Intelligence Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the organization’s implementation of cutting-edge BI tools and concepts.

• Assume full accountability for processes, including design, development, testing, monitoring, support, and maintenance.

• Provide guidance to business and development teams on the effective use of reports and alerts.

• Collaborate closely with business, data, product, and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree or studies in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline — required.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Administrator Creator in Tableau — required.

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries — required.

• Familiarity with Python — required.

• Experience with Big Data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions — required.

• Experience with Airflow — a plus.

• Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies — a plus.

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency and support daily BI development.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
