Business Intelligence Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Gather, cleanse, and validate data from ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.

• Create and sustain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across SIOP systems and processes.

• Advocate for data-driven innovation, efficiency, and business value throughout different departments.

• Automate data workflows and reporting tasks.

• Aid in demand forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and seasonal variations.

• Detect patterns and anomalies to enhance forecast precision.

• Investigate, assess, and adopt new analytics tools and methodologies.

• Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and risks of obsolescence.

• Offer insights into supply-demand alignment and capacity utilization.

• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Incorporate product lifecycle data, including new product introductions (NPIs) and phase-outs, into SIOP models.

• Conduct simulations to assess demand shifts, supply limitations, and product transitions.

• Convert stakeholder requirements into analytical dashboards, data solutions, and decision-support instruments.

• Collaborate with teams in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, operations, IT, and product management.

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

• Lead analytics for cross-functional projects and assist strategic initiatives.

• Engage in continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a comparable role.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

• Knowledge of PLM data.

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and timelines in a cross-functional setting.

• Experience aligning analytics with business objectives, performance metrics, reporting standards, and operational KPIs.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to clarify complex issues succinctly.

• Detail-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for resolving complex challenges through data.

• Capability to identify issues, devise solutions, influence others, work independently, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
