This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the intermediary between customer business teams and the project delivery team.
• Gather business requirements and configurations from customer business teams and tailor the product accordingly.
• Offer integration consulting and define business processes.
• Acquire hands-on product experience to meet customer needs and conduct data analysis.
• Comprehend underlying product data models and analyze extensive data sets.
• Keep project documentation up to date and work with solution architects to document customizations for transition.
• Collaborate with implementation and project managers to establish data Service Level Agreements during project planning and ensure compliance through hand-off.
• Assist in testing and validation of integration interfaces within the customers’ integration environments.
• Support QA in validating test cases and system validation processes.
• Engage in response teams for root cause analysis of system issues in deployed solutions.
• Communicate with other company business units to address and resolve issues and defects.
• Travel domestically to unforeseen customer locations up to 20% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in integration consulting or business systems analysis.
• One year of experience in the utility industry, including meter data management; GridStream Meter Data Management System; technical consulting with external clients; large data set analysis, systematic root cause analysis, and troubleshooting technical challenges; designing and implementing integration solutions; proficiency in UNIX, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle database, SQL, and PL/SQL; applying business processes and systems to identify gaps and formulate integration strategies; analyzing business requirements, evaluating risks, and designing solutions for integrating disparate systems; and data mapping and transformation techniques, including the development and execution of data migration plans.
• Willingness to travel domestically to unanticipated customer locations up to 20% of the time.
