Business Insight Lead – User Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Enhance user growth and marketing strategies leveraging Binance’s global ecosystem

• Oversee comprehensive user journey analysis from acquisition to retention

• Propel multi-channel user acquisition through KOLs, paid advertisements, SEO, referrals, communities, and social media platforms

• Establish and monitor metrics for CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and viral-coefficient

• Conduct swift A/B testing, refine growth models, and elevate user quality

• Customize strategies for local markets using in-depth user insights

• Collaborate across departments to execute strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in user growth, performance, or digital marketing

• Experience in global markets such as MENA, LATAM, SEA, Africa, etc.

• Strong analytical mindset, proficient with growth tools and KPIs

• Preferred background in Internet, Web3, or fintech

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage
