📋 Description

• Assist Senior and Associate Implementation Leads in achieving project goals

• Coordinate and collaborate with business and technical support teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Create tools for task tracking, reporting, document management, and training purposes

• Support objectives related to business processes and application enhancements

• Foster collaboration among multifunctional teams of subject matter experts and project leads throughout planning, design, development, validation, implementation, and post-production support

• Engage in significant projects that align with Labcorp's healthcare innovation mission

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology

• Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional environment

• Proven ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and both internal and external colleagues

• Capability to show initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Process

• Experience with AI-related tools

• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (graduating between December 2027 and June 2029) currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
