
Business Implementation Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Senior and Associate Implementation Leads in achieving project goals.
• Organize and work together with business and technical support teams for successful project execution.
• Create tools to facilitate task tracking and reporting, document management, and training initiatives.
• Aid in the objectives related to business process and application enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts and project leaders throughout planning, design, development, validation, implementation, and post-production support.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects in either academic or professional environments.
• Competency in collaborating effectively with a range of stakeholders and both internal and external colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the Agile Software Development Process.
• Experience with AI-related tools.
• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Ideal candidates are rising juniors and seniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2029.
• This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Paid 11-week internship.
