This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist Senior and Associate Implementation Leads in achieving project goals.
• Facilitate coordination and collaboration with business and technical support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create tools for task tracking, reporting, document management, and training purposes.
• Aid in business process and application improvement initiatives throughout planning, design, development, validation, implementation, and post-production support phases.
• Engage in hands-on project activities that align with Labcorp’s healthcare innovation objectives.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects within an academic or professional context.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and both internal and external colleagues.
• Ability to operate independently with general oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Process.
• Experience with AI-related tools is a plus.
• Preferred applicants are rising juniors and seniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2029; all current students in related fields are welcome to apply.
• Must be available for full-time work, 40 hours per week, from June 1, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
