This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Oversee departmental projects, service delivery tasks, and operational initiatives within Business & Fulfillment Operations.
β’ Monitor project timelines, milestones, action items, and status updates while providing support to leaders and project managers.
β’ Assist with customer onboarding, service activations, order processing, and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
β’ Offer additional support for order inquiries, quotes, service requests, and customer communications.
β’ Manage project documentation, records, repositories, and operational files using Box and other business systems.
β’ Facilitate workflow administration and coordination tasks within Monday.com.
β’ Provide administrative and operational support activities within Camvio, COS Systems, and related OSS/BSS platforms pertaining to NoaNet Community Broadband.
β’ Aid in operational processes and reporting activities related to NetSuite and other business systems.
β’ Generate operational, customer, project, and performance reports for review by leadership.
β’ Assist in KPI tracking, dashboard upkeep, and business performance reporting.
β’ Organize recurring meetings, agendas, communications, and other administrative tasks.
β’ Identify areas for improving workflows, documentation practices, reporting processes, and customer experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
β’ Two to five years of experience in telecommunications, operations, project coordination, customer support, or similar fields.
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
β’ Familiarity with Monday.com, Box, Camvio, COS Systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
β’ Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Willingness to travel as required.
β’ Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 20+ pounds.
β’ Required to maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
β’ Competence in working effectively in a remote and collaborative setting.
