Business Executive II – Northeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategic planning for expansion, active client prospecting, and partnership development.

• Coordination, support, and consultancy for stores, emphasizing performance in line with established guidelines and contracts.

• Cultivating relationships with client and partner companies and their employees.

• Conducting in-person, high-quality visits to clients in the Northeast region.

• Overseeing marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and participation in trade shows/events.

• Providing training and professional development sessions.

• Preparing updated pricing tables for clients and business partners.

• Engaging in direct commercial negotiations based on the agreed pricing tables, including prices, terms, and payment conditions.

• Updating commercial forms to streamline internal workflows.

• Conducting inventory verification.

• Managing order entry and monitoring.

• Performing portfolio analysis and monitoring.

• Interacting with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and other departments.

• Monitoring product installations and providing technical support.

• Offering financial and credit support and analysis.

• Planning and tracking targets with clients and partners.

• Implementing strategies to enhance market share and monitoring the market landscape, including competitors, economic factors, and local positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• Flexible working hours.

• Full availability for frequent travel (70% of the time).

• A Category B driver’s license and proven driving experience are required.

• Significant experience in sales or commercial operations.

• Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Salvador, Feira de Santana, or the surrounding region is preferred.
