Business Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Map, document, and enhance end-to-end operational workflows across various products and platforms.

• Configure and manage internal systems and tools, including CRM, ticketing, workflow orchestration, admin panels, and integrations.

• Design and execute integrations and automations utilizing APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT patterns, and third-party platforms.

• Create scalable process documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Draft tracking and instrumentation requirements for logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize system enhancements, define development work, and validate releases.

• Lead change management initiatives and training for new processes and systems.

• Own incident playbooks and assist in incident response preparedness, triage, escalation, and post-incident evaluations.

• Ensure data quality and access controls across operational systems.

• Assess process performance and work to decrease cycle times, error rates, and manual interventions.

• Develop process maps, decision trees, and acceptance criteria.

• Construct and maintain dashboards and alerts for operational KPIs while performing routine quality assurance.

• Create training materials, conduct workshops, and host drop-in clinics.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define deliverables, establish success metrics, and validate post-deployment outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, business systems, process improvement, or a similar role supporting cross-functional teams.

• Practical experience with business systems such as CRMs, ticketing/workflow tools, analytics platforms, and common SaaS integrations.

• Proficient understanding of integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT, event-driven architectures) and a practical approach to automation.

• Strong documentation abilities — capable of producing clear process specifications, runbooks, and training guides that are scalable across teams.

• Solid analytical skills with experience in instrumenting and monitoring processes using metrics, dashboards, and alerts.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the capacity to bridge technical and business audiences.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and taking charge of cross-functional initiatives from discovery to operational handoff.

• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms, low-code automation tools, or integration platforms (such as Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n, or similar) — a plus.

• Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting (Python, Google Apps Script) — a plus.

• Exposure to observability and monitoring stacks (such as Datadog, Grafana, Looker/Looker Studio, or similar) — a plus.

• Experience designing processes in privacy-sensitive environments and implementing suitable access controls — a plus.

• Previous experience leading cross-functional change programs or training initiatives — a plus.
