This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the strategic direction of the Product Planning and Management business area in alignment with the company's objectives.

• Evaluate business needs, uncover potential, and formulate actionable strategies and digital solutions.

• Assume accountability for the planning, management, and professional growth of the domain.

• Effectively integrate business, technology, instructional design, and user requirements.

• Assess current business and product workflows to pinpoint opportunities for digital transformation.

• Aid in executing sustainable solutions to facilitate a scalable, high-quality learning experience.

• Prioritize initiatives, epics, and requirements while ensuring value-oriented backlog management.

• Examine relevant KPIs, provide actionable recommendations, and advocate for data-driven decision-making within the domain.

• Enhance cross-functional collaboration as a key interface, fostering transparency and connecting diverse stakeholders, including other Business and Digital Domain Owners.

• Collaborate closely with other Business Domain Owners and Technical Domain Owners.

• Advance WBS GRUPPE’s digital education ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, education management, digital business, or a related field; or an equivalent qualification paired with relevant professional experience.

• Extensive experience in managing complex business requirements and developing digital products, processes, or platforms.

• Strong understanding of the collaboration dynamics between business and IT functions.

• Proven experience in prioritizing requirements, managing stakeholders, and facilitating strategic planning processes.

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in working with KPIs and data-driven decision-making frameworks.

• Strong communication and facilitation abilities, coupled with a passion for cross-functional teamwork.

• Openness to attend occasional in-person meetings and workshops in Berlin.

• Enthusiasm for digitalization, innovation, and the ongoing enhancement of modern educational offerings.

• Background in transformation or change initiatives with a digital focus.

• Keen interest in AI-driven solutions and their application in optimizing business and educational processes.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
