This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Define and enhance the strategic vision of the Product Planning and Management business area to align with the company's goals.
• Examine business needs, recognize opportunities, and formulate actionable strategies and digital solutions.
• Take charge of the planning, management, and professional growth of the domain.
• Integrate business, technology, instructional design, and user requirements.
• Assess business and product processes to uncover opportunities for digital transformation.
• Assist in the deployment of sustainable solutions that offer a scalable, high-quality learning experience.
• Prioritize initiatives, epics, and requirements effectively.
• Maintain value-driven backlog management.
• Analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advocate for data-informed decision-making within the domain.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration, foster transparency, and connect stakeholders with Business and Digital Domain Owners.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of WBS’s digital education ecosystem.
• A university degree in business administration, business informatics, education management, digital business, or a related field; or an equivalent qualification paired with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in managing complex business requirements and developing digital products, processes, or platforms.
• Strong comprehension of the collaboration between business and IT functions.
• Proven experience in prioritizing requirements, managing stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with KPIs and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, along with a strong interest in fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• A keen interest in digitalization, innovation, and modern educational offerings.
• Experience in transformation or change projects with a digital emphasis.
• Passion for AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and interdisciplinary teams.
• Openness to participate in occasional in-person meetings and workshops in Berlin.
• Willingness to travel for occasional in-person meetings in Berlin.
