This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Cultivate relationships with wireless carriers and drive revenue from the tower portfolio within the designated territory.
• Market antenna space and installation services.
• Establish new business opportunities with wireless carriers.
• Oversee tenant relationships effectively.
• Pinpoint locations suitable for new tower development with anchor tenants.
• Research and identify wireless carrier contacts and potential business opportunities through various methods, including phone calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Promote and sell SBA’s sites to carriers and local zoning authorities within the territory.
• Collect carrier and market data pertaining to pricing, build-out assessments, lease-up feasibility, and new tower decisions.
• Manage and track lease applications through the internal approval process.
• Collaborate with the local SBA office and corporate SBA to provide comprehensive site information packages.
• Offer installation services to new tenants when not stipulated in the Antenna Site Agreement.
• Handle account administration, tenant relationship management, marketing support, and general sales assistance.
• Identify discrepancies in tenant equipment and proactively work with tenants to resolve issues.
• Maintain an updated customer information tracker.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience and outside sales or business development experience.
• Fundamental understanding of wireless site development, construction, and co-location.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
