This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and cultivate both inbound and outbound business development opportunities.
• Recognize business requirements and collaborate with technical and service specialists to formulate solutions.
• Assist qualified prospects from the initial discovery phase through the onboarding process.
• Manage client relationships and the sales process as an independent contributor.
• Ensure qualified opportunities are guided through onboarding while aligning client requirements with technical expertise, accurate information, and streamlined sales processes.
• Enhance client confidence through consultative discussions and pertinent digital advertising suggestions.
• Facilitate cross-functional contributions to work for prospective clients.
• Assess inbound opportunities and further strategic sales discussions.
• Refine sales materials and exhibit Thrive’s capabilities and outcomes.
• Acquire knowledge of services and sales processes, establish relationships, observe client discussions, and qualify opportunities within the first 30 days.
• Handle lower-complexity opportunities and ensure precise sales information during the first 60 days.
• Manage lower-to-medium complexity opportunities through onboarding and propose enhancements to sales processes within the first 90 days.
• Experience in an agency or similar client-services setting, particularly with e-commerce and demand generation clients.
• Proven track record in selling digital advertising services and translating client requirements into performance marketing, creative, or measurement solutions.
• Experience collaborating with brands across North America and in international markets.
• Demonstrated ability to guide opportunities through discovery phases, recommendations, proposals, presentations, and decisions on next steps.
• Experience in developing inbound and outbound opportunities, referrals, or growth discussions with existing clients.
• Experience working alongside technical and service specialists.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Must already possess eligibility to work in Canada.
